As Data Controller of your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, with this document we inform you that this norm foresees the protection of individuals with regard to the use of personal data, and that the use of data will be conducted according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
The personal data acquired by the Controller during the use of the website are the following:

The processing of your data is done in accordance with the operations foreseen in art. 4 Privacy Code and art.4 n.2 GDPR. Precisely they entail: collection, registration, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to automatic, electronic and paper use.Personal data are processed by the Data Controller, upon consent given by the user. The user can revoke their consent at any time and without any justification by asking the Data Controller.
Methods of data treatment
The Data Controller processes the user data by adopting the adequate measures to impede access, dissemination, modification or non-authorized destruction of personal data. The treatment of data is done by computer systems adequately equipped with organizational methods and technical measures to guarantee the protection of data.
Data retention periods
The personal data collected are processed for the time necessary to the implementation of the requested service, and only for the purposes they have been collected for in the first place. The user has the possibility to cancel immediately at any time, except in the case of special contractual clauses about which they have been previously informed. Personal data collected for personnel selection are retained for the time necessary for the evaluation of the CVs and the implementation of the service. In any case, they shall not be retained for more than 5 years from their collection.
Users Rights
In accordance with art.7 Privacy Code and art.15 GDPR, users have the right to obtain form the Data Controller the access to their personal data, the update of their personal data, as well as the integration, the ratification or the cancellation of their data. At the same time, users have the right to limit the processing of their data or oppose it, to ask for the transformation of their data in anonymous form or for the arrest of the data processing that breaches the law, including those for which the conservation is not necessary for the purposes of the processing.
Users can revoke their consent at any point, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. These requests have to be submitted to the Data Controller.
